DEVELOPMENT

The development team for the 62 & 66 North 3rd Street Condominiums, comprised of Flatiron Real Estate Advisors, Duke Equities and MJM, has over 100 years of collective experience developing quality luxurious homes, with great attention to detail in design and construction that is intended to last. The team has a keen eye for developing the most desirable locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan, including townhouses (currently 161 W. 91st), duplex apartments and loft conversions in neighborhoods such as Williamsburg, TriBeCa, the West Village and SoHo. They have been invested in Williamsburg for over 12 years, and developed an appreciation for the neighborhood’s authenticity. Their goal in developing 62-66 North 3rd was to create space that is a tribute to the neighborhood’s rich history, culture and architectural character. Their recent developments include Williamsburg’s Whole Foods, DUMBO’s Empire Stores, Nike Soho and the Renaissance Hotel in Midtown Manhattan.

INTERIOR DESIGN

Kimberly Peck started her career working for world renown restaurant designer Adam Tihany and the award winning firm of Ogawa Depardon Architects. In 2004 she started her own eponymous Architectural firm focusing on high end residential and hospitality projects for clients such as The W Hotel, Jonathan Adler, Ted Gibson, Loreal, Maimonides Medical Center and Club Monaco. Kimberly’s work has been featured on HGTV, The New York Times, Dwell Magazine, Remodelista, New York Magazine and other publications.
