The team has a keen eye for developing the most desirable locations in Brooklyn and Manhattan, including townhouses (currently 161 W. 91st), duplex apartments and loft conversions in neighborhoods such as Williamsburg, TriBeCa, the West Village and SoHo. They have been invested in Williamsburg for over 12 years, and developed an appreciation for the neighborhood’s authenticity. Their goal in developing 62-66 North 3rd was to create space that is a tribute to the neighborhood’s rich history, culture and architectural character.
